An assessment by us is a great option in understanding how to keep your environment safe and clean for employees and clientele.

 

What's involved in our assessment.

  • Asses your environment. This means looking at the types of surface materials - hard floors, carpeted floors, upholstery, metals, touch points (handles, switches, glass, electronics), hard surface areas like desks and bench tops, thoroughfares and access to areas to be cleaned. We like to do this with you so we can understand your pain points.

  • Do you have in-house cleaning staff or are a small business? This could mean getting an understanding of your workers capability and the frequency of your current cleaning schedule.

  • Are you a large business or government building? You may already have a procedure in place but your equipment isn’t up to the job or you need further advice on chemical applications.

  • What’s your budget? This is an important one. If you are a small business, perhaps your cleaning schedule will only include chemical applications in sprays and concentrates. If you are an organisation or large place of business, you may require specialised cleaning equipment for different sized areas. Let us know your expectations up front so we can tailor options to suit your budget.

  3. Document your required level of industry standards for each environment and frequency of cleans.

  4. Determine the size of your cleaning teams.

  5. Discuss your current issues & improvement goals.

  6. Understand your budget & procurement process.

Levels of Support.

CUSTOM: we work out a tailored level of support to suit your needs.


BRONZE: handover of equipment and e-manuals. Optional periodic scheduled maintenance plan. Breakdown servicing by booking.


SILVER: handover of equipment, user training, e-manuals, periodic scheduled maintenance plan. Breakdown servicing, onsite with-in 2 days (Launceston & surrounds), all other areas with-in 3 days.

 

GOLD: handover of equipment, user training, e-manuals.

Breakdown servicing on call to be onsite same day. (Launceston & surrounds), all other areas onsite next day.

And, choice of option 1 or option 2.

Option 1: in-house maintenance team training (to service equipment).

Option 2: periodic scheduled maintenance plan (TC Spec to service equipment).
